Pastoral Team
The CitySalt pastoral team works collaboratively to provide vision, teaching, spiritual care, and administrative oversight for the various ministries of CitySalt Church. Outside of their responsibilities at CitySalt, each member of our pastoral team is bi-vocation, working part-time or full-time in spaces outside of CitySalt. This infuses a broad base of community connectivity and engagement into the leadership structure of the church. Each member of the pastoral team is also a part of the Sunday preaching team rotation.

Church Council
The CS Church Council provides accountability and oversight to the financial life of the church as well serving an advisory board to the CS Lead Pastors for the vision and ministerial life of the church. Council members serve for two-year terms.
