Mike D'Eliso | Lead Pastor

Mike brings a passion for discipleship and outreach for all ages. He oversees logistics, leads small groups and is a regular part of the teaching team.

John Rice | Associate Pastor

John is an essential part of our community life and oversees our SoulCare Ministry, Intercessory Prayer in addition to being a regular part of the teaching team.

Family: 3 amazing kids, 3 wonderful grandkids, 2 great sons-in-law and the perfect roommate, my Chocolate Lab, Gunnar
Why I like CitySalt: It honors authenticity and provides “good soil” and plenty of space for spiritual formation as we seek to know God, ourselves and others better.

Something unique about me: I worked on a dairy farm in southern Germany one summer. The family I lived with thought it was the funniest thing ever that I drank water from a garden hose when thirsty. Also I enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, biking, cooking and eating.

Abby Wilday | Creative Worship Ministry Director

Abby is passionate about seeing people of all ages equipped to experience God.

JoVone Kettwig | Care Ministries Coordinator

JoVone enjoys helping people feel included and connected whether in her home or part of our church gatherings. Among other things she leads our hospitality team that undergirds a delicious part of our shared life together.

Darla Beardsley | Digital Media & Communications Director

Darla loves the people of CitySalt and is a communicator by nature. She makes it her mission to keep the church informed and connected any way she can.
