As part of our ongoing CitySalt | SoulCare Series, we invite you to join us for an event designed to facilitate greater personal discovery and increase the quality of our relationship with God, others and ourselves.
This upcoming "What is a Soul?" Workshop will be facilitated by John Rice and Margaret Fairchild and will take place on Saturday June 22nd from 8:30am-11:30am at The Box located at 661 E. 19th Ave. in Eugene. Participants will consider and discuss the characteristics and capacities of the soul, the motions of the soul, how a soul is wounded and how a soul is healed.
Many of us are not really sure what our souls are comprised of. Advances in technology, science and medicine during the last century have had the effect of emphasizing all things physical and material, often neglecting or devaluing the importance of our souls and spirituality. Yet there are few topics more important to Jesus than our souls! This workshop is intended to give us greater understanding of what our soul is and how to care for it so that we might more fully mature into the persons God calls us to be.
The cost for this workshop is $8 per person which covers workshop materials and light breakfast foods. The deadline for registration is Wednesday, June 19, 2019.
For questions or further details about the workshop, you may contact John Rice at 541-554-9314 or email@example.com
