Dusty Johnson | Lead Pastor
Dusty serves as our lead pastor. He is a gifted leader, administrator and communicator with a passion to help others grow in their God-given potential. He joined the team as an associate pastor in 2009 and later transitioned to the role of lead pastor in January 2010. Dusty previously served as a youth pastor and director of youth camps and leadership events, for Foursquare churches in the Northwest, at Camp Crestview. He and his wife, Julie, grew up in the area and have three sons and five grandchildren.
John Rice | Associate Pastor
John has been an essential component to the life and development of CitySalt since 2004 and, presently, serves as an associate pastor with a focus on prayer, discipleship and spiritual direction in addition to being a regular part of the teaching team. He enjoys the outdoors, water sports, music, reading and especially spending time with his wonderful family and chocolate lab, Gunnar.
Mike D'Eliso | Assistant Pastor
Mike joined our CitySalt team in 2016 and continues to walk out his passion and calling for discipleship and outreach for all ages. Mike graduated from Northwest Christian University and served as an Admissions Counselor before joining our church staff. He and his wife, Britni, are partners in life and ministry and served as Elders on a local church plant in Eugene since 2011. She works as a Mental Health Specialist and they have two children.
Denise Jubber | SoulCare Ministry Director
Denise is a Licensed Counselor and Spiritual Director who is passionate about supporting people as they navigate various season of life. She is acquainted with the complicated issues facing us all, yet understands that God can bring about change and growth, even through seasons of difficulty and struggles. Denise offers opportunities and resources for those want to growth in their relationship with God, others, and self. She and her husband Ron are longtime members of CitySalt and have three grown children and twelve grandchildren."
Sterling Camden | Music Ministry Director
Sterling is an emotive and freedom seeking worship leader. He is passionate about restoring creativity and excellence to the church in the realm of music, while holding space for each individual’s personal well being and relationship to God as they serve in that realm. Above all he's dedicated to the pursuit of Jesus, through whom he was set free from despair and bondage. Sterling and his wife Alisha enjoy sharing times with friends, the outdoors, rock climbing and camping with their two bulldogs named Panda and Moses.
Margaret Fairchild | Women's Ministry Director
Margaret is actively involved in leading women’s bible studies, retreats, and a part of the prayer team. Her passion is for sharing her experience, strength and hope with women. She enjoys creating spaces for women to experience God together whether in bible studies, retreats or over a cup of coffee. Margaret is also a wife , mother , friend , and hairstylist . Margaret loves to be outside and enjoys spending time with her husband Bill, their children and their granddaughter.
Randi Nelson | Teaching Team
Randi is a gifted communicator and regular speaker as part our teaching team for Sunday services. She and her husband Nolan are longtime members of CitySalt and have two grown children and two grandchildren.
Alisha Camden | Teaching Team
Alisha loves seeing people come alive. She is passionate about teaching and helping people encounter Jesus. Alisha is currently working on her Masters in Architecture at the University of Oregon. When not studying, she loves spending time with her husband Sterling, rock climbing and playing with their two adorable squishy-faced bulldogs.

Ursula Crawford | Kids' Ministry Director
Ursula and her husband Spencer have two young children, and their family enjoys playing hide-and-seek and dancing in the living room. She works as a communications and events coordinator with the University of Oregon in addition to her part time role as our Kids Ministry Director.
